The next point on the map during our stay in Lithuania was the Tyszkiewicz Palace in Zatrocze, which Mrs. Tereza showed us around.

We looked at the nearby Hill of Angels, full of peace and harmony. That's where the magic happens.

The biggest attraction, however, was the Castle on the water, the pride of Lithuania – a castle from the end of the fourteenth century erected on an island on Lake Galwe. It is the only castle in Eastern Europe standing on the island. It is believed that the construction of the castle on the island began Kęstutis at the end of the fourteenth century, and the construction was completed by his son Vytautas at the beginning of the fifteenth century.

After leaving the Castle, we participated in a cruise on the lake.

After them, it was time for shopping.

Before leaving the village, we had the opportunity to try "Kibina". This is the most famous dish of Karaite cuisine. The shape and concept resembling large dumplings, are prepared from yeast dough with a wide range of fillings. It can be cheese, chicken, mutton, beef and even spinach. Washed down with broth, they smoothly melt in the mouth, filling quickly hungry vagabonds.

They are delicious! You have to take our word for it!

After that we went to school to systematize information and to prepare the report from the tour.
